The brief
Emavia is an enterprise AI consulting firm. Their brief wasn't just 'a nice website' — they needed the positioning itself: what do you say to a CTO who has been told for two years that every vendor is an AI company? We worked on narrative and interface in the same pass.
The challenge
Differentiate a consulting firm in a saturated category without resorting to buzzwords, stock renders, or gradients that look like every other AI landing page on the internet.
How we approached it
- Narrative first: rewrote the core positioning around specificity and technical credibility, not claims.
- Design language: terminal-led hero with a subtle boot sequence; monospace typography as a trust signal; no gradients, no orbs, no generic AI imagery.
- Editorial page system — every case study is a real document, not a template, written in MDX so the client's team can maintain it without touching code.
Outcome
- Measurable conversion lift on the primary CTA after launch vs. the prior site.
- Average session depth improved — visitors now read the case studies end to end.
- Clients and investors both cite the site as the reason they reached out — the positioning does the sales work before the first call.
