What we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, email, company, budget range, timeline, project brief. You provide these voluntarily when you reach out to us.
• Email correspondence: messages you send to info@adaxy.co or replies during an engagement.
• Analytics: aggregated, privacy-friendly website analytics (page views, referrers, device type). No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

How we use it

• Respond to your inquiry and run the engagement you hired us for.
• Send invoices and keep records required by Turkish tax law.
• Improve the website based on aggregated usage signals.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't run ad networks, remarketing pixels, or profiling cookies.
• We don't share your brief with third parties without explicit consent.

Where your data lives

Our website is hosted on Vercel (global edge network). Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend and stored in our email. Both providers are bound by their own data-processing terms.

Your rights

Under KVKK and GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to info@adaxy.co and we'll respond within the statutory deadline.

Changes

We'll update this page when anything material changes and note the new date at the top. No retroactive changes to how we handle data already collected.
