Not a manifesto — the operating principles that decide how we scope work, write code, and choose clients.

We don't ship throwaway work. Every build gets the detail normally reserved for the polish phase — even on day one.

Product, design, and engineering work in the same room. No handoffs, no translations, no finger-pointing when something breaks.

Write software that's kind to whoever inherits it.
Every repository we leave behind has tests, a README, a deploy button, and a human you can still reach. Future-you included.

The work speaks; we don't.
No thought-leadership, no manifestos, no case study inflation. The products we ship are the only argument we care about.

Stay small, stay sharp.
We'd rather turn down a project than fake the capacity. If we say yes, we have the bandwidth and the appetite to do it properly.
